Before the liberalization of recreational cannabis use in Canada in October 2018 a lot of new companies sprung up to take advantage of a unique business opportunity. We conducted extensive market research, reaching out to over 2,000 people throughout Canada to gain better insight into this emerging market. As the lead agency for Modern Leaf we helped develop a unique approach focusing on cannabis education and a personal sales model. We were responsible for creating the brand identity, website and educational course materials, developing copy and visual content as well as planning and executing Modern Leaf's communication strategy for the launch in 2018.
